Chiropractic Care
Did you know that there is one system that is in charge of controlling every cell, tissue and organ in the body? Your nervous system is responsible for the function of your entire body. The impact of interference in your nervous system or subluxation can lead to a loss of health. The purpose of chiropractic is to restore your body’s proper nerve flow.
Our patients report a range of benefits from chiropractic, such as
- Improved aches and pains
- Better digestion
- More energy
- Less irritability
- Greater ability to do their activities
What to Expect When Starting Care
Typically, we’ll start off seeing you more often to begin making changes in your body. You may see Dr. Justin three times a week for 4-8 weeks. Then, you’ll have a progress evaluation. We use these milestones visit to determine how you’ve improved and whether you can move into the next phase of care. As you continue, your appointments will be less frequent.
When you reach the third and final phase of care called wellness care, you’ll see us once a week or every 2-3 weeks.

Our Gentle Adjustments
Dr. Justin primarily uses the Thompson Technique. This method utilizes a specialized table equipped with a drop piece. You’ll learn how the table works and what the intention is when he adjusts you. Little force is required, and our patients are pleased to find out that our adjustments are gentler than they’d expected. Dr. Justin also uses the Diversified Technique and Extremity Adjusting when necessary.
Tailoring to Your Needs
Your adjustment will be individualized to you based on our examination findings and what will work best for you. For example, a newborn baby wouldn’t receive the same adjustment as an adult. If you hear a sound during your adjustment, it doesn’t indicate that anything has occurred. It’s similar to when you pop a champagne cork and is gas that is exiting the joint. It’s a natural reaction to the joint being moved.
